As we enter our 70th Anniversary year, we are all hoping that 2021 sees a more positive picture for Heritage railways in the UK.
The support we experienced last year was frankly amazing. Our staff and volunteers worked tirelessly to ensure we have run a safe operaton for the customers. Those of you who were lucky enough to visit all fed back lovely messages about how safe you felt - and we loved being able to open and do what we do best - operate Steam trains in Snowdonia!
Closing down again has robbed us of valuable income over the festive period, and support is now sparse from Government sources. Our Appeal target is £150,000 to help cover costs through the Winter before we can re-open next spring. Help us make it back to Wharf station!
Your response to our Appeal so far has been superb and exceeded our expectations, but, if possible, we need your help once more to ensure that we can get the wheels turning again when iot's safe to do so.
